Qualifications

• Reception or Call-Center experience preferred.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and direct to appropriate teams.
• Assist customers with service, sales, or parts inquiries and provide updates.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer information.
• Support follow-ups and customer outreach; manage the database.
• Assist other departments as needed.
