Job summary

Rosen Automotive Group in Greenfield, WI is seeking a Service BDC Representative to be a friendly, dependable first contact for service customers. You will help create a smooth experience from the initial call through appointment scheduling, handling calls, texts, and emails with attention to detail.

Automotive dealership experience is a plus, and training is available for the right candidate with strong customer-service and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred (not required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments.
• Make outbound calls and follow-ups for reminders, recalls, or promotions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Gather accurate information about customers and vehicles.
• Schedule appointments based on availability and guidelines.
• Provide information on dealership services and current promotions.
• Confirm appointments and follow up on missed or canceled ones.
• Document interactions and appointment details in dealership systems.
• Communicate with service advisors and management as needed.
• Meet team and individual goals for calls, appointments, and CSAT.
