Qualifications

• Experience in service department operations or Internet sales management.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and call lists.
• Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems.
• High school diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily BDC department operations
• Run daily/weekly/monthly reports and track results
• Prepare individual “call results reports” for management
• Record and listen to customer calls
• Answer calls directed to the parts and service departments
• Set service appointments
• Interface with other department heads
• Participate in dealership management meetings
