Job summary

The Gillman Companies in Texas seeks a Business Development Center Consultant to be the first Gillman Chevrolet GMC San Benito contact point for prospective customers researching vehicles, pricing and availability. You will streamline the research-purchase-ownership process and cultivate showroom appointments.

Training will be provided; prior retail, sales or customer service experience is valued. Bilingual ability preferred and US work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Retail, Sales & Customer Service related experience background (Automotive preferred).
• Computer skilled individual who works well in a very fast pace, team environment
• High School Graduate preferred
• Bilingual strongly preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening to include drug screen, MVR and criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Be the prospect's first Gillman contact point before the initial showroom visit.
• Cultivate/coordinating appointments with customers for showroom visits.
• Contribute to bringing new business prospects into the showroom to increase sales opportunities and client retention.
