Job summary

Gillman Automotive Group seeks an experienced BDC Representative for our Automotive Service team. You will manage and execute BDC communications (email and telephone) to support service operations while upholding our high standards of customer care.

You will handle daily BDC operations, generate reports, set service appointments, and collaborate with other departments to drive satisfaction and retention. Prior BDC or service department experience is preferred; strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Successful track record in service department operations, auto dealership business development centers or Internet sales department management.
• The ability to manage high call volumes, servise & parts leads and call lists simultaneously.
• Overall knowledge of automotive service department operations.
• Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems.
• Experience in training teams and individuals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily BDC department operations.
• Run daily/weekly/monthly reports and track results.
• Prepare individual “call results reports” for management.
• Record and listen to customer calls.
• Answer calls directed to the parts and service departments.
• Set service appointments.
• Interface with other department heads.
• Participate in dealership management meetings.
