Job summary

The Gillman Companies in San Antonio, TX, seeks a BDC Representative - Automotive Service to manage and execute BDC communications (email and telephone) with customers. You’ll coordinate with service and parts teams, set appointments, and drive customer satisfaction.

Bring proven BDC operations experience, strong leadership, and the ability to handle high call volumes to help our dealership group continue its tradition of excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Dealership BDC experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver license.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Pre-employment screening including MVR, drug test, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily BDC department operations.
• Run daily/weekly/monthly reports and track results.
• Prepare individual "call results reports" for management.
• Record and listen to customer calls.
• Answer calls directed to the parts and service departments.
• Set service appointments.
• Interface with other department heads.
• Participate in dealership management meetings.
