Qualifications

• Previous Reception or Call-Center experience preferred.
• Previous Automotive experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.

• Assisting customers with service, sales, or parts inquiries and providing updates.
• Scheduling appointments and managing customer information.
• Supporting other departments as needed.
• Follow-ups and data entry to maintain customer records.
