MAP Automotive is seeking an Automotive Service BDC Agent in Clinton, TN. This full-time, hourly role involves handling service calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer data within the CRM to support a fast-paced service department.

You will work with service advisors to improve customer satisfaction and department efficiency, with a focus on clear communication and timely updates to customers. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Prior BDC or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with computers, phone systems, and CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound service calls, texts, and emails in a professional, friendly manner.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up on missed or declined work.
• Confirm appointments and ensure customers receive updates on vehicle status.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Assist with CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) initiatives by providing a smooth, informative service experience.
• Collaborate with the service advisors and management team to maximize department efficiency and retention
