Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Nashville in Franklin, TN is seeking a Service BDC Agent to generate service appointments for customers who contact the dealership online. This role delivers a premium experience by responding promptly, professionally, and accurately.

You will use CRM and lead management tools to manage inquiries, update records, and track interest, while learning all products, services, inventory, financing and incentives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume call center or commission-driven role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone.
• Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM promptly and accurately.
• Generate service appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
• Utilize lead management tools effectively.
• Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
