Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Previous administrative experience strongly preferred.
• Previous dealership experience a plus.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
• Must be organized, customer service oriented, and a great team player.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage service appointments for customers at the dealership.
• Contact customers regarding recalls, vehicle status and satisfaction of service.
• Perform various administrative duties.
