Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to guide guests through the repair process and keep them informed. You will help guests choose the best repair options and ensure high-quality service.

As part of the team, you will manage shop workflow, document accurately, and maintain a positive, collaborative environment. This on-site role requires prior experience as a service writer/advisor and strong communication with guests and technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Writer/Advisor/Sales is required.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and store applications.
• A valid driving record acceptable to the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with hospitality and respect.
• Present repair options clearly and honestly.
• Manage the store workflow efficiently.
• Sell services while maintaining honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere at all times.
• Communicate clearly by phone with guests and team.
• Document all work accurately for transparency and quality.
• Build long-term relationships with guests and the store.
• Direct, coordinate, and participate in guest service activities.
• Assist other employees as needed and shuttle guests as required.
• Ensure repairs meet proper specifications and quality standards.
