As a Service Advisor, you will greet guests, present repair options, keep customers informed of status, and ensure satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, reliability and teamwork in a high-volume shop.

Qualifications

• Must have a current driver’s license.
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with hospitality and respect.
• Present best repair solutions in clear terms.
• Manage the store’s workflow efficiently.
• Sell services with integrity.
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally by phone.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Direct, coordinate and participate in customer service activities.
• Shuttle guests as needed in CBA branded vehicle.
• Ensure repairs meet proper specifications.
• Work as a team and assist others.
• Other duties as assigned.
