Job summary

Jenkins Volvo of Ocala seeks a Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact for automotive service and repair matters. You will listen to customers, understand problems, and coordinate service delivery with technicians to meet expectations.

A strong mechanical aptitude and dealer-level experience are preferred. The ideal candidate will have ASE certification (or willingness to obtain), an unrestricted driver’s license, and a proven customer service track record.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Post-secondary automotive training is required.
• Certification by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or willingness to obtain is required.
• Unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person or on the phone.
• Arrange diagnosis of reported problems and communicate outcomes.
• Recommend best-value repair options based on problem type.
• Manage delivery of repairs and set clear expectations with customers.
• Maintain documentation including PO, invoices, and work orders.
