Jenkins ACURA of Ocala is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for automotive service and repair matters. You will listen to customers, understand issues, coordinate diagnosis, and set expectations with customers and technicians to ensure timely, quality service.

The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted driver's license, a clean driving record, strong mechanical aptitude, and automotive training with ASE certification (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of one year dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Post-secondary automotive training.
• Certified by ASE or willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Meets/greets customers in person or on the phone.
• Arranges prompt and accurate diagnosis of reported problems.
• Makes best-value repair recommendations based on the problem.
• Manages delivery of repair actions and sets customer expectations.
• Maintains documentation including PO, invoices, and work orders.
• Enforces safety standards and maintains parts inventory.
• Promotes a high‑quality, white-glove service environment.
• Takes ownership for delivering outstanding service levels.
• Adheres to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
