Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the insurer.
Experience in automotive customer service or service writing/sales is required.
Proficiency with Windows-based store software and automotive applications is expected.

Present repair options in a clear, understandable way.
Manage shop workflow efficiently.
Sell services while maintaining honesty and integrity.
Maintain a positive team atmosphere and communication.
Assist guests and shuttle them as needed.
