Christian Brothers Automotive in Wichita, KS is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to help guests through the repair process and keep them informed from start to finish.

As a trusted face for customers, you will guide them to the best repair solutions, coordinate workflow, and uphold honesty and integrity while delivering excellent service. Training and development opportunities are provided by CBA.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role.
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.
• Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with hospitality and respect.
• Present the best solution to properly repair the guest vehicle.
• Manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner.
• Sell services honestly and maintain integrity.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere.
• Communicate clearly on the phone.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Direct and participate in customer service activities.
• Assist other employees as needed.
