Job summary

Qualifications
- Current driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications
- Experience in Automotive Customer Service or Service Writer/Advisor/Sales roles
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with hospitality and respect
- Present repair solutions in clear terms
- Manage store workflow efficiently
- Sell services honestly with integrity
- Maintain a positive team atmosphere
- Communicate clearly by phone with customers
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Direct and participate in customer service activities
- Shuttle guests in CBA branded vehicle
- Ensure repairs meet specifications
- Work as a team and assist others
- Other duties as assigned
