Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to guide guests through the repair process and maintain communication on vehicle status. You will build lasting relationships and uphold honesty and integrity while offering the best repair solutions.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, coordinating store workflow, and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential for bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role.
• Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respect.
• Present the best solution to properly repair our guest vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand.
• Manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner.
• Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
• Communicate on the phone in a clear professional manner.
• Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and our customer.
