Qualifications

• Driving record acceptable to the current insurance carrier.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Writer/Advisor/Sales role.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with hospitality and respect.
• Present solutions for vehicle repairs in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Manage the store’s workflow effectively.
