The role requires prior customer service or service advisor experience, automotive knowledge is preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and collect payments.
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer files.
• Assist with warranty documentation when applicable.
• Help maintain a clean, organized front office.
• Build lasting customer relationships through honest communication and follow-up.
