Little Rock Auto Service is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to act as the liaison between customers and service technicians. You will schedule appointments, collect vehicle data, greet customers, and document issues on repair orders.

The role requires advising customers on vehicle care per manufacturer specifications, preparing accurate labor and parts estimates, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely updates.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a service advisor; dealership preferred.
• Ability to advise customers with service recommendations.
• Advanced computer skills, specifically Reynolds and Reynolds.
• Understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
• Understand and follow work rules, policies, and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Schedule service appointments and collect customer and vehicle data before arrival when possible.
• Greet customers promptly and obtain vehicle information.
• Write up customers’ vehicle issues clearly on repair orders.
• Test drive the vehicle with the customer when needed to confirm the problem.
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Explain completed work and all charges to customers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards and handle inquiries about appointments.
