Bartlett Point S in Conway, AR is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to bridge customers and our technicians. You will greet customers, assess vehicle needs, explain repairs, estimates, and timelines, and ensure a smooth service experience.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Proficiency with automotive service software and POS systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• ASe certification or equivalent training is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and conduct vehicle intake assessments to identify service needs.
• Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and timelines clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with automotive technicians to prioritize and schedule vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Upsell and recommend additional services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines.
• Follow up with customers on vehicle status updates and obtain approvals for additional repairs.
• Process repair orders, invoices, and payments accurately upon job completion Maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
