Spencer's Auto and Diesel is seeking a customer-focused automotive service advisor in Ocala, FL. You will handle customer inquiries, schedule service appointments, and verify warranty protections to ensure smooth vehicle repairs.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with experience in automotive service. You will manage paperwork, assist in staff coaching, and help meet production goals in a busy shop.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven service advisor or related automotive industry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Field customer concerns and schedule appointments for the service department.
• Make accurate calls about vehicle warranty protections and review service contracts.
• Verify warranty protections and review service contracts.
• Create cost estimates and document service work.
• Maintain the service department schedule and assign work.
• Manage service paperwork, including repair orders and invoices.
• Coach and mentor staff, participate in reviews and meetings.
• Ensure customer service standards through training and coaching.
