Jarrett Gordon Ford Lincoln in Winter Haven, FL is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers, listen to problems, and arrange service levels with technicians. You will set expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, coordinating diagnostics, recommending cost-effective repairs, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive mechanicals.
• Verifiable customer service performance record and/or training required.
• An impressive work ethic.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Open availability Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays.
• Open Availability between 7:00am and 6:00pm (Typical shift between 7:00am and 5:00pm or between 8:00am and 6:00pm)
• 5 Day work week

• Perform Daily Follow Up with customers
• Promotes a “white-glove” environment to showcase the repair facility
• Takes ownership and accepts accountability for delivering outstanding service levels
