What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from arrival through vehicle delivery.
• Listen to customer concerns, identify service needs, and accurately document repair requests.

• Clearly explain recommended repairs, service estimates, and timelines.

• Prepare accurate repair orders and coordinate service appointments.
• Present additional maintenance and repair recommendations in a professional, consultative manner.
• Build customer trust and loyalty through consistent communication and follow-through.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving individual and departmental performance goals.
• Work closely with service management, technicians, and other dealership departments to ensure an efficient service experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer, preferably in a dealership environment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance, repair processes, and service department operations.
• Ability to explain automotive repairs and maintenance recommendations clearly and confidently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple repair orders and customer interactions.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to identify service opportunities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced automotive service department.
• A professional attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership management systems.
• Experience with luxury automotive brands is a plus, but not required. We encourage experienced Service Advisors from all automotive brands to apply.

Annual Pay: $70,000-$120,000
