• Ability to explain automotive repairs and maintenance recommendations clearly and confidently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple repair orders and customer interactions.
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to identify service opportunities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced automotive service department.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership management systems.
• Experience with luxury automotive brands is a plus, but not required.
