Tom Gill Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to join our Cincinnati-area service department and start immediately. We offer a state-of-the-art facility, medical and dental insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and real career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities include writing service orders, advising on services and costs, answering technical questions, and keeping customers informed from drop-off to pick-up to ensure a completely satisfied experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Write service repair orders and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; including promotions.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, service and repairs.
• Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work.
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur.
• Upon completion of work, review work order with customer.
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience.

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
