Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Enfield, CT seeks an Automotive Service Advisor who prioritizes customer service and accuracy. You will be the key link between customers and in-shop technicians, greet clients, schedule appointments, review repairs, and communicate estimates clearly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous automotive industry experience or three years in a fast-paced environment with a proven sales and customer satisfaction record.
• Knowledge of automotive technology and the ability to communicate it to the support team, customers and auto technicians.
• ASE Service Advisor Certification is a plus, but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to complete required pre-employment screenings.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer telephone calls and schedule appointments in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Review repairs and services with customers to ensure understanding; contact for deviations from estimates and notify about approvals.
• Distribute work to shop technicians and monitor progress; arrange repairs and payments for vehicles under extended warranties.
• Arrange towing or alternate transportation as needed per TRC standards.
• Monitor vehicle inspection dates and remind customers to service per manufacturer recommendations and state rules.
