Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a retail environment, preferably in auto/truck tire, lubrication and maintenance.
• 3+ years experience as a Service Advisor in auto repair or dealership.
• Experience as a vehicle mechanic or lubrication technician.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers promptly.
• Determine nature of customer problems; may inspect the vehicle.
• Create Repair Order Request (ROR) for services.
• Obtain customer approval before service.
• Review completed repairs with customers and collect payment.
• Maintain cleanliness of showroom and re-stock displays.
• Perform daily cash/sales procedures.
• Comply with Quality Control, Safety Policy, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
