Job summary

Delaware Tire Centers is seeking a friendly Service Advisor to join our family-owned automotive service centers in Delaware and Maryland. You will be the first point of contact with customers, advising on service needs and coordinating with technicians to ensure expectations are met.

Responsibilities include estimating repairs, ordering parts, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming sales area. Prior tire/auto experience is a plus, with ASE and AllData knowledge beneficial.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service mindset.
• Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Experience in tire or automotive service is a plus.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).
• ASE certification is a plus.

Our service advisors are the first communication the customer has with the business and provides the initial customer impression. Additionally, you will act as the liaison between the customer and the technicians ensuring the customers needs and expectations are met. Estimating repairs and ordering parts accurately are essential responsibilities of this position.
