Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments.
• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Perform walk around and note any damage; advise on maintenance.
• Create clear repair orders detailing vehicle problems.
• Review repair history with customers to safeguard information.
• Explain maintenance requirements and provide written estimates.
• Obtain customer signatures and process payments.
• Update customers on progress; obtain authorization for additional repairs.
• Close repair orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain professional appearance and participate in trainings.
