Job summary

Hondru Auto is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Elizabethtown, PA. You will assist customers in person, by phone, and by email, preparing repair orders and service estimates, and scheduling appointments. This role emphasizes accurate communication, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

We offer in-house training for career growth. Hours are generally 7 am to 5 pm with a Saturday rotation.

We are currently looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team!

We have locations in Elizabethtown, Manheim, and Mount Joy.

Hours for this position are generally 7 am to 5 pm with a Saturday rotation.

As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibility is supporting our customers with their automotive needs in person, by phone, and by email. We are looking for someone who can provide positive customer interactions with genuine respect and courtesy. This includes listening to customers’ descriptions of problems or the services they need and assisting with the preparation of repair orders and repair or service estimates, along with various other duties. Attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through are essential for this role.

We have in-house training available for an individual who is self-motivated, eager to learn, and seeking a career in automotive customer service.

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Consistent, regular attendance and punctuality.

• Advise customers about necessary services for routine maintenance, following the manufacturer's specifications.

• Document customer service issues and needs.

• Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and by email.

• Prepare repair orders/invoices for customers and estimates of service for needed repairs.

• Schedule service appointments.

• Pick up and delivery of customer vehicles.
