Job summary

Hondru Auto Group in Elizabethtown, PA is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. You will assist customers in person, by phone, and by email, prepare repair orders and service estimates, and coordinate scheduling.

We value attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a willingness to learn. Training is available; hours are generally 7 am to 5 pm with Saturday rotation, supporting customers across our Elizabethtown, Manheim, and Mount Joy locations.

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team!

We have locations in Elizabethtown, Manheim, and Mount Joy.

Hours for this position are generally 7 am to 5 pm with a Saturday rotation.

As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibility is supporting our customers with their automotive needs in person, by phone, and by email. We are looking for someone who can provide positive customer interactions with genuine respect and courtesy. This includes listening to customers’ descriptions of problems or the services they need and assisting with the preparation of repair orders and repair or service estimates, along with various other duties. Attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through are essential for this role.

We have in-house training available for an individual who is self-motivated, eager to learn, and seeking a career in automotive customer service.

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:
