Job summary

Hondru Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Elizabethtown, PA and nearby locations. The role focuses on assisting customers with vehicle service needs in person, by phone, and by email, preparing repair orders and service estimates, and coordinating appointments.

Hours are generally 7 am to 5 pm with a Saturday rotation. Training is available for career development within automotive customer service, with opportunities across our Elizabethtown, Manheim, and

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Prepare repair orders/invoices for customers and estimates of service for needed repairs.

Job description

We are currently looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team!

We have locations in Elizabethtown, Manheim, and Mount Joy.

Hours for this position are generally 7 am to 5 pm with a Saturday rotation.

As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibility is supporting our customers with their automotive needs in person, by phone, and by email. We are looking for someone who can provide positive customer interactions with genuine respect and courtesy. This includes listening to customers’ descriptions of problems or the services they need and assisting with the preparation of repair orders and repair or service estimates, along with various other duties. Attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through are essential for this role.

We have in-house training available for an individual who is self-motivated, eager to learn, and seeking a career in automotive customer service.

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:
