Job summary

Hondru Auto is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Elizabethtown, PA. You will assist customers in person, by phone, and by email, preparing repair orders and service estimates, and scheduling appointments. This role emphasizes accurate communication, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

We offer in-house training for career growth. Hours are generally 7 am to 5 pm with a Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• Desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and grow in automotive customer service.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Attend punctually and maintain regular attendance.
• Advise customers on necessary services per manufacturer specs.
• Document customer issues and needs.
• Interact with customers in person, by phone, and by email.
• Prepare repair orders and service estimates.
