Job summary

TGK Automotive in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking immediate Service Advisor/Sales to greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and provide accurate quotes. You will promote services and products, build lasting relationships, and ensure a 5-star experience.

The role offers compensation between $70k and $90k per year plus bonus opportunities and benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Prior service advisor experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work at least 5 days per week.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and use service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time; update customers on progress.
• Follow procedures when completing transactions and explain warranties.
• Conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
