TGK Automotive Specialists in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Senior Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair customer vehicles in accordance with MAP guidelines and dealership/service standards. The role emphasizes efficiency, quality, and clear communication with staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive technician/mechanic experience.
• ASE certifications can substitute for experience.
• Ability to demonstrate proper use of computerized diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses vehicles according to certification level.
• Performs work as outlined on the Multi-point Inspection/Repair Order with accuracy.
• Performs complex and heavy-duty repairs.
• Explains diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and staff.
• Recommends services to keep vehicles in running condition and documents them.
• Follows safety procedures and reports concerns to supervisor.
• Adheres to company values and policies; maintains flexible schedules.
