Job summary

TGK Automotive is seeking Service Advisors to be the face of the shops and main contact for customers through the repair/maintenance process. Compensation ranges from 70K to 90K per year, with hourly + bonus opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, diagnosing needs from histories, recommending services, providing quotes, and keeping customers updated. Growth potential and advancement opportunities are highlighted within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Greet customers professionally in person and on the phone.
• Document and verify customer service needs from their concerns.
• Offer services and upsell appropriate products to customers.
• Provide accurate quotes with time estimates for services.
• Give updates on service status throughout the day.
• Explain warranties and complete cash-out procedures.
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and on the phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and refer to service history.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories; provide accurate quotes.
• Provide updates on service status and completion times.
• Follow proper cash-out procedures and explain warranties.
• Conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
