Job summary

TGK Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor/Sales to be the face of our shops and guide clients through the repair and maintenance process. You will promote services, provide accurate quotes, and build long-lasting relationships to ensure a 5-star experience.

Compensation ranges from 60K to 80K per year, with hourly pay and bonus opportunities. Benefits include insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Listen to concerns and document them; reference service history.
• Identify needs and communicate recommendations with clear justification.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time to completion.
• Keep customers updated on service status throughout the day.
• Assist in cashing out tickets and review warranties and multipoint inspections.
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and process returns/warranties.
