Community Automotive Repair is seeking a Full Time Service Advisor Level 2 at 846 Fulton St E, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. You will greet customers, assess needs, and relay service details between clients and technicians while managing appointments and timelines.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional automotive service advising.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong sales and math skills for pricing and markups.
• ASE Service Consultant certification (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to manage ~30 repair orders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess automotive needs.
• Provide accurate information on services and repairs.
• Facilitate communication between customers and technicians.
• Schedule appointments and manage service timelines.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with our customer service.
• Handle inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
