What would you do as a Service Advisor Level 2

As a Service Advisor Level 2 at Community Automotive Repair, you can expect a dynamic and engaging work environment. Your daily responsibilities will include greeting customers in a friendly manner, assessing their automotive needs, and providing accurate information regarding services and repairs. You will facilitate communication between customers and technicians, ensuring all details are clearly understood and expectations met. Daily tasks will involve scheduling appointments, managing service timelines, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with our customer service. You’ll also handle any inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.

Your workweek will be Monday through Friday, adhering to standard business hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. What You Need To Be Successful
