In a fast-paced, high-volume dealership, you will deliver an exceptional service experience, document concerns, and present repair recommendations to drive service sales.

The role requires 2+ years of service-advisor experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage 15-30+ repair orders daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in a high-volume dealership.
• Knowledge of automotive services, maintenance, and repair terminology.
• Ability to upsell ethically in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing trust.
• Document concerns and prepare clear service write-ups and repair orders.
• Recommend services based on guidelines and vehicle condition.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Present repairs and obtain authorizations from customers.
• Manage a high daily car count with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide status updates and follow-up to customers.
• Review repairs, explain charges, and collect payment.
• Strive for high CSI and meet service sales targets.
• Adhere to dealership policies and OEM standards.
