Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to serve as the primary customer contact, helping with vehicle needs and ensuring a professional, seamless service experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting concerns, inspecting vehicles, providing quotes, and communicating with technicians.

Compensation ranges from $45k to $75k with benefits such as PTO, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), insurance options, and vehicle service discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously, document concerns, inspect vehicles, and identify service needs.
• Recommend appropriate services, communicate additional suggestions from technicians, and provide accurate quotes with updates.
• Follow proper procedures during transactions, conduct post-service follow-ups, and track warranty and return parts.
• Other duties may be assigned.
