Join Our Team as a Service Advisor!

Are you passionate about cars and customer service and enjoy weekends off? We’re looking for a friendly and dedicated Service Advisor to be the welcoming face of our automotive service department. You’ll play a key role in making sure our customers have a seamless and positive experience; from the moment they walk in until their vehicle is ready to go.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll greet customers, assess their vehicle needs, and write clear service orders. You'll work closely with our technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on time. Providing honest repair estimates and explaining options to customers will be a big part of your day, along with scheduling appointments and managing the workflow. You'll keep customers updated on the status of their repairs and recommend additional services when appropriate. If any concerns arise, you’ll handle them professionally and with a smile.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong focus on customer service, good communication skills, and attention to detail. Computer skills and the ability to estimate costs accurately are a must. We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, reliable, and loves being part of a team.
