Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Service Advisor to promote services, manage customer interactions, and support shop workflow. You will greet customers, document needs, and explain options clearly.

You will provide accurate quotes, track service progress, review warranties, and follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction. This role requires a professional appearance and at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

The Service Advisor promotes all products and services, manages customer interactions, and assists in shop workflow. They serve as the manager on duty when the store manager is absent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally, listen to concerns, and document service needs accurately.
• Recommend services, parts, and accessories, explaining options clearly to customers.
• Provide accurate quotes, update customers during service, and review completed work and warranties.
• Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction and track returns and warranty parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor, in sales, customer service, or automotive field.
• Professional appearance, process-driven mindset, valid driver’s license, and ability to work multiple days including Saturdays.
• Salary range of $50,000-$80,000 annually, with hourly pay plus commissions.
