Jiffy Lube is seeking a Service Advisor to be the face of the location, greet guests, understand vehicle needs, and walk them through options so they leave feeling confident and cared for.

You will welcome guests, capture required services, explain choices with honest guidance, and keep customers updated throughout the service. Training through Jiffy Lube University supports a smooth onboarding and career growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, automotive, or any service environment.
• Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required; training through Jiffy Lube University will get you up to speed.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and deliver an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
• Listen to guests' needs and accurately capture the services their vehicle requires.
• Explain options clearly and offer tailored recommendations, with honest advice.
• Keep guests updated throughout the service to avoid surprises.
• Share manufacturer recommendations and product knowledge to help guests decide.
• Perform Jiffy Lube's Signature Service oil change and other preventive maintenance tasks.
