Job summary

Jiffy Lube seeks a Service Advisor to drive a positive guest experience and top-tier customer satisfaction. You’ll advise on services, explain options, and guide customers through each step, including oil changes and preventative maintenance.

Prior dealership or auto shop exposure is preferred, with strong emphasis on service quality and clear communication. Training is provided via Jiffy Lube University, and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year working for a dealership, automotive shop, tire center or quick lube.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and world class customer service.
• Understand the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services.
• Capture guests’ product needs and provide updates throughout the process.
• Offer options tailored to customers’ automotive needs.
• Provide impartial advice and communicate time and mileage recommendations.
• Perform Jiffy Lube Signature Service oil changes and basic maintenance as required.
