Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a dealership or automotive service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain services and recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Providing guests with exceptional customer service.
• Understanding the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services.
• Capturing guests' product needs and providing updates throughout the process.
• Offering options tailored to automotive needs.
• Giving impartial advice on time and mileage.
• Performing Jiffy Lube Signature Service oil changes and other maintenance.
