Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube environment.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and automotive knowledge to the role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to relay information between customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Jiffy Lube guests.
• Understand the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services.
• Accurately capture guests’ needs and provide updates throughout the process.
• Offer options tailored to customers’ automotive needs and explain manufacturer recommendations.
• Assist with oil changes and preventive maintenance tasks as required.
• Perform additional duties to support daily store operations and team success.
