Qualifications

• Automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Customer service and sales experience required.
• Basic automotive knowledge helpful.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with professionalism and positive energy.
• Listen carefully and document vehicle concerns.
